You can easily identify properties in Opportunity Zones by using the Census Tract criteria. For a list of census tracts that have been designated quality opportunity zones, please see www.irs.gov/pub/irs-drop/n-18-48.pdf. You'll need to add criteria for state, county, and census tract. For census tract, note that you will only use the last 6 digits of the number provided in the IRS document (the first 5 digits are the FIPS code for the state and county). This quick list uses all of the opportunity zones in San Mateo County, CA as an example.
