Simply sign up and your 3-Day Free Trial will begin automatically. To continue after the trial, do nothing – we’ll charge your card at the end of the trial and your subscription will continue uninterrupted.
If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel at any time during the trial period by going to Account Profile > Subscription > Cancel.
Absolutely. Current customers and Free Trial users may cancel at any time by going to Account Profile > Subscription > Cancel. You will continue to have access to PropertyRadar for the remainder of the period for which you already paid, with no further commitment.
The data we provide during the 3-Day Free Trial is valuable. Unfortunately, some people attempt to abuse our free trial offer by creating fake accounts. We require a credit card and a mobile phone number to verify you are a real person and prevent abuse.
A credit card is also required to ensure uninterrupted service should you choose not to cancel PropertyRadar during the 3-Day Free Trial. Your credit card will not be billed during the 3-Day Free Trial; however, we check to see if the credit card is valid.
We offer annual or monthly billing. Your billing date is based on the date your paid subscription started.
Absolutely! You can change your subscription to a plan that best meets your needs anytime. Here’s how: (1) Log into the web app. (2) Go to Account Profile > Subscription > Change Plan. (3) Select the plan that best fits your needs.
PropertyRadar provides services for Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
PropertyRadar Coverage shows the specific counties we cover in each state, as well as other details about the specific data offered in each location.
Yes! You can save 20% with an annual term, when paid in full & upfront. You can start monthly and switch to an annual payment plan at any time.
If you are already a customer and would like to apply the discount, you can change your subscription term by logging into the web app and going to Account Profile > Subscription > Change Plan.
Returning Customer FAQ
Login to the Web app using your UserID (likely the email address you signed up with). Upon logging in, you will be presented with the Billing dialog. Select the Package, Term and, if necessary, update your credit card. That’s it! If you need any help, please contact Support.
In the login dialog box there is a link to reset your password. A temporary password will be sent to the UserID email associated with your subscription account. If you no longer have access to that UserID email address, please contact Support. Be sure to include your UserID associated to the account.
The Professional package was discontinued September 30, 2017, and is no longer available. The Pro package is the equivalent to the Professional package and now includes phone numbers, social media profiles, and list size of 10,000. If you need assistance selecting a package, please contact Support.
The Foreclosure package was discontinued September 30, 2017, and is no longer available. We still offer all the same features that made us the world’s best foreclosure service.
